Maitri Help is a mobile application designed to provide users with help in times of need. The app aims to normalize the act of asking for help, making it accessible and straightforward for users. Maitri Help empowers individuals by helping them curate and mobilize their own personal support circles, fostering a safe space where they can reclaim a sense of control over their journey. The app is designed to be a lifeline for those navigating difficult times, providing them with the tools and resources needed to build and rely on their support networks.
The
challenge
The primary challenge in developing Maitri Help was to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that delivered maximum value from the outset. The goal was to ensure that the app provided core services and tangible benefits to users immediately, allowing Maitri Help to build a strong user base and gather valuable feedback for future expansions. We needed to balance the urgency of launching a functional product with the necessity of creating a platform that genuinely helps users in real-time. We were supported by the UI designs of the screens carefully created by the Client.

To meet this challenge, we initiated the project with a thorough planning and discovery phase, beginning with a focused workshop involving key stakeholders from Maitri Help. This workshop allowed us to deeply understand the specific needs of the users and the essential features required for the MVP.

We implemented the app using a scalable architecture that would allow for future feature expansion without disrupting the user experience.
