- Design, develop and implement new software programs
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
- Make correct and reasoned time estimation
- Organize and attend team meetings
- Plan tasks for the team in close cooperation with the project manager

Requirements
- 5+ years Backend Development experience
- Professional experience working with Node.JS
- Experience in any of these frameworks: Express, Nest js
- Complete understanding of MySQL
- Familiarity with API Development
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Mentoring and leadership skills
